Our recruitment process begins in the fourth week of classes for positions starting the following semester. We welcome students from all majors and backgrounds and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team of consultants.

The Oklahoma Group partners with three to five nonprofit clients each fall and spring semester, seeving organizations of all sizes across a wide range of industries. Our recommendations address diverse priorities and are carefully tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.
